Live governed actions publish here when emitted. Demo receipts and public verification artifacts are displayed separately. Admins see every receipt; signed-in operators see their own ALLOW decisions; the public stream shows safe ALLOW receipts only.
Every meaningful action this portal performs passes through the same 9-gate kernel that governs the substrate. The receipt below — hash, signer, prev_hash — is the only authority. If a row exists, a verdict was rendered. If a verdict was rendered, it was signed.
Receipts are append-only by RLS. UPDATE and DELETE are policy-forbidden. Any break in the prev_hash chain is detectable by any reader using the published key.
